The booking process on Mahostly is very simple:

1. Select the destination, travel dates and number of people who will be staying.

2. You will see the list of available properties, make your choice and click on Book.

3. Add extras. In this step you can choose as many extras as you want and even if you have a discount coupon, this is the time to enter it by selecting the option I have a discount coupon.

4. Enter your personal data

5. Choose payment method and enter your bank details.
6. Confirmation of the reservation, in this last step you will have the summary of your reservation, with all the relevant information about your stay (maximum date of cancellation, date of payment, contact person at your arrival…). You will be able to print it and you will also receive a copy at the email address you provided, so you can access it at any time.

At Mahostly we offer you three methods of payment:

  • Credit/debit card. At the time of booking, you will not pay anything, the card is requested as a guarantee.
  • Bank transfer
  • Paypal

Each accommodation has a separate cancellation and refund policy that you can consult within each accommodation, in the section <Cancellation polity>. You can request the cancellation of your reservation by contacting us directly or through the cancellation link you receive in the booking confirmation email.

If there is availability, you can add and pay for additional nights. If you want to extend your stay, please contact us.

By law and for security reasons, we will need to collect the personal information of all the people who will be staying in the accommodation. This data will be the indispensable for the realization of the services.

During the booking process, after choosing accommodation and details of the stay, you will have the option to add the extra packs we offer. If you decide to do so after confirming your reservation, send us an email with your reservation number and chosen extra, and we will take care of adding it. However, we adapt to the needs of each client, do not hesitate to contact us if you have any special request.

Many of our accommodations have flexible check-in/check-out, whenever possible, we can adapt to your arrival/departure time. If this is your case, please contact us and we will study the possibility.

We apply in all our accommodations the necessary measures to guarantee the sanitary safety of our guests. You will be able to see the anti-Covid measures followed in each accommodation in the COVID Protocol section.
