Prices and taxes
They are those marked in each case, expressed in euros (€), they do not include the IGIC applicable in the Canary Islands (Spain), nor the corresponding VAT. For the issuance of the corresponding invoices, we will request your tax information via email.
Availability
In the case of housing rental, the visitor will be informed, through calendars, about the availability of each one of them. In the case of owners, meetings and visits will be agreed. mutual agreement.
Way to pay
Payments will be made through the AvaiBook payment platform (Booking Engine installed on the web), you can check its privacy and payment policy here: www.avaibook.com. They will be made through a credit or debit card. The services will be paid in accordance with the agreement agreed with the client.
Shipment
Once the payment is confirmed, I will send you the confirmation within 24 hours.. The services will be carried out within the period agreed with the client before the reservation / order.
Return and cancellation policy
Each home has an independent cancellation and return policy. To consult it you can go to the house and in the “Cancellation policy” section you can read the information. We will inform you during the reservation about your rights.
